About the position: The Senior Pastor will be led by the Bible as the infallible Word of God, of established and true spiritual Christian character, qualified to preach and teach the Word of God. He must have graduated from an accredited seminary or be a qualified person with significant pastoral or related experience, and be theologically conservative. In addition, the pastor must maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer and meditation. in a way that also promotes spiritual growth for the entire church family.
